How do I rent the Bada Bing Bus?

Simply contact our office during business hours at (204) 888-2464.  We require information for your contract including your name, telephone number, address, and credit card number.

How much is it to rent the Bada Bing Bus?

To receive a price quote, please contact our office a (204) 888-2464 or email info@badabingpartybus.com. Due to the amount of different services, were not able to provide standard pricing because everyone does something a little different.  Prices are generally cheaper for weekday rentals.  Some reservations including birthdays, bachelorette/bachelor parties include flat rate pricing based on 20 passengers.

Is a deposit required to rent the bus?

Yes, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit.  Deposits paid by Visa or MasterCard only. The outstanding balance can be paid by cash, money order, or the balance can be settled to your credit card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Fifteen days (15) notice required.  To cancel a reservation, please contact our office at (204) 888-2464.  Your $100.00 deposit will be transferred to a credit which can be used anytime with no expiry date, no black out dates, all credits are transferrable to another person with written authorization from the purchaser.  Failure to cancel the bus within the time outlined on your contract, the total outstanding bus balance based flat rate rental fee of 20 passengers will be due, plus a cancellation fee of $75.00.

What is the seating capacity of each bus?

Each bus carries a maximum capacity of 25 passengers.

What are the rental times of the bus?

Standard evening rental times are 7:00 pm - 1:00 am, 8:00 pm - 2:00 am, 9:00 pm - 1:00 am, 9:00 pm -2:45 am.  Selected times are flexible.  All times are subject to availability.  Overtime charge of $125.00 applied to the 9:00 pm - 2:45 am rental time.

Are you allowed to consume alcohol on the bus?

Sorry, no contrary to popular belief, it's against the law in Manitoba to consume alcoholic beverages in all vehicles including limousines, buses, cars, vans. The purchaser is responsible for all fines starting at $230.00 per person on the bus, including a driver fine of $230.00 and all other legal fines.  Bada Bing Bus Inc. reserves the right to terminate your tour immediately with no refunds for failure to adhere to this policy.

Can we smoke on the bus?

Sorry, no, it's against the law in Manitoba to smoke indoors and enclosed areas. (bylaw 88-2003)

Can I bring my own soft drinks and water on the bus?

Sorry, we don't permit outside beverages aboard the bus.   Bottled water available for purchase for $2.00 each.

Are we allowed to bring food/snacks on the bus?

Some food exceptions are allowed.  For more information on this, please contact our office at (204) 888-2464.

How many destinations on the weekend can we travel to?

The maximum amount of destinations on weekends are 3.  Depending on your selected destination you may have only time to travel to 2 destinations.  If your travelling to Winnipeg from out of town, you may also be limited to 2 destinations as well. 

How long do we spend at our selected destinations?

Times can vary at all destinations.  Most nightclubs have time arrival restrictions. Restaurants and selected lounges require a minimum of 2-2.5 hours to accomodate a party of 12 or more.  Average at each club is approximately 1- 2.5 hours.  Subject to change without notice.  It's best to contact the office to discuss with your party coordinator.

How can I apply my gift certificate or discount coupon to my bus rental?

All gift certificates must be presented at the time of reservation only.  Sorry, discounts are not accepted on the bus on event day. Only one gift certificate or promotional offer/discount is accepted per reservation.  Multiple promotional offers are not accepted.  Facebook discount promotions are subject to restrictions and availability.

How does the Facebook promotion work?

Simply mention where you saw it. Upon office confirmation, the discount will be applied to your reservation.  Sorry, you cannot combine other promotional offers.

Is it true everyone on the bus receives V.I.P. entry with no cover charge and no line at the clubs?

Yes, when you ride the Bada Bing Bus everyone will receive V.I.P. fast track entry with no cover charge and no line at all clubs.

Can we arrive at the bars anytime we like?

Unfortunately, no.  All club managers have policy time arrival restrictions.  The club gives us strict times we have to adhere to. For more information, contact our office at 888-2464 for specific clubs and times.  All times are subject to change without notice.

Do I have to travel to bars?

No, be creative!  You choose all the destinations, activities etc. Our professional staff can also assist you with ideas for a succesful party.

Does Bada Bing Bus drive everyone home at the conclusion of the night?

No, sorry the bus chauffeurs everyone back to the original pick-up destination.

Are we allowed to leave jackets and valuables on the bus?

We allow jackets only to be left on the bus.  Sorry, no valuables including purses, cameras, wallets, etc are allowed to be left on the bus or in the possession of staff members.

Does Bada Bing Bus travel out of town?

Yes, for a travel fee.  Please contact the office for a price quote at (204) 888-2464.

Do you have to be 18 years of age to ride the bus?

No, the only time when all passengers aboard the bus have to be 18 is when your travelling to licensed establishments.

Does the Bada Bing Bus host children's birthday parties?

Yes, we host many kid's birthday's on the bus ages 6-16!  No more carpooling! 

Can we bring our own music to play on the bus?

Yes, we have a CD music library.  We encourage you to customize your own CD.
